R.E.A.L. Education has a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking and proactive HR Advisor to take their next step as our Senior HR Advisor. Our Senior HR Advisor will be an integral part of the HR team, providing day to day management for HR activities.
R.E.A.L. Education is an alternative education provider with schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We provide bespoke learning interventions which put relationships at the heart of the learners programmes.
Job Title: Senior HR Advisor
Weeks: 52 Working Weeks
Location: Mansfield Head Office
To be a role model for all line managers and act as their point of call for employee relations matters including absence monitoring, disciplinaries and grievances. Therefore, it is important that you have some experience of working with Ofsted regulations including safer recruitment practices and management of low level concerns. There will also be an expectation that you will lead and coordinate HR projects to further enhance the employee experience and become an employer of choice.
Your impact you will help build, maintain, and promote positive professional working relationships within R.E.A.L. Education as our Employee Relations champion.
Requirements: Due to the nature of the role you will be required to have access to your own vehicle as there is an expectation to be able to travel across R.E.A.L. sites
